It is for this reason that we have developed our OttoStadt maintenance program to help you keep track of needed maintenance with reminders so you don’t have to worry about it . Our Vehicle Health Check allows you to plan ahead for repairs and avoid unnecessary breakdowns and not be surprised by car repairs. Think of us as a Concierge service for your car maintenance.

We have a fleet of 2021 and 2022 Volkswagen Jettas available for you to keep mobile when we have your vehicle in for service.
We offer a 2-year or 40,000 km warranty on repairs. We use premium original equipment parts from German importers or the dealership.
You can easily drop off or pick up your vehicle outside of our business hours using our secure lock boxes.
Our technicians are certified by Atelier Branché to service electric vehicles, and our shop holds the Platinum Elite certification!

David began his automotive career in 1999 at a Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche dealership. Over the next decade, he gained valuable experience in both dealership and independent shops. In 2010, he launched OttoStadt in Aylmer, and within 10 months, hired his first employee—marking the start of steady growth.
In 2018, David purchased the Jacques Auto building at 34 Gatineau Avenue in the Touraine district of Gatineau. He invested heavily in renovating and expanding the space to provide full-service automotive repairs under one roof, including air conditioning, diagnostics, tires, wheels, and alignments.
Today, OttoStadt has eight full-time employees and a fleet of six new courtesy vehicles. With dealer-level software, parts data, and diagnostic tools for BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Mini, and Porsche, we proudly offer top-tier expertise with the quality service you deserve.
