To ensure that your vehicle will be finished on time, we ask that you drop it off the evening before, or between 7:30 and 7:45 AM on the morning of your appointment. Unless otherwise indicated, it should be finished by 4:30 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n

The morning of your appointment, a service advisor will contact you to obtain your authorization and confirm any details.<\/span><\/p>\n

A courtesy inspection is carried out on every first visit to give you an idea of the general condition of your vehicle and to prevent breakdowns that could have been avoided. The results of the inspection will be shared with you digitally. There’s no charge for this.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will then contact you to provide an estimate of repair or inspection costs and to obtain your authorization before starting any work on your vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

You’ll receive an update around 1:00\u20132:00 p.m. to let you know the status of your vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are unable to pick up your car by 5:00 p.m., don’t worry. We have secure boxes outside the building for after-hours pickup; you can make payment over the phone or by e-transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’re equipped with the dealership’s diagnostic equipment, or its equivalent, which enables us to perform an accurate diagnosis on the many components and systems of your vehicle and run test plans if needed. A proper diagnosis and finding the source of the problem will usually save you money in the end.<\/span><\/p>\n

We currently have 7 replacement vehicles at your disposal. However, it’s very important to request one when you book your appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visual inspection with photos and video if required<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

During your visit, we will perform a visual courtesy inspection, which involves about ten minutes of visual inspection under and around the vehicle *WITHOUT TOOLS, to determine its general condition. The technician will take photos (or videos) of any issues and include a brief description or recommendation. It’s almost as if you were under the vehicle with the technician.<\/span><\/p>\n
